I LOVE CCtoMany’s newsletter service! It is so simple and yet has made my life so much easier. I only have to send one email and my newsletter is done, CCtoMany takes care of everything else.

What do I like the most about CCtoMany?

  • I only have to send out ONE email – This saves me so much time, and our IT department loves this too since sending just the one email per update instead of several hundred really reduces the traffic on our server.
  • Each recipient receives one email sent directly to them, not a cc. That decreases the likelihood that the recipients email provider thinks my newsletter is spam, and means less bounced emails. Before I used to waste time splitting my distribution list into multiple emails in order to reduce the number of bounced address, now I just send one!
  • Any addresses that do bounce go directly CCtoMany and then get sent to me in CCtoMany’s weekly report. This really works great when I am in the field and have less than reliable internet. I love just receiving the one email from CCtoMany instead a bunch of separate ones.
  • CCtoMany automatically removes any address that has bounced more than three times. Again less work for me! And any addresses they remove are included in their weekly report so that I can follow up on them if I want.
  • In every update recipients can see what email address they are subscribed with. Recipients really like this as it gives the newsletter a personalized feel. This is what I get the most positive comments on.
  • Recipients can update or remove their address from the link provided directly in my newsletter updates, so I never have to be involved. Gone are the days when recipients had to email me to with changes or removals!
  • CCtoMany provided HTML code that I could put on my blog/website where people can sign up directly for my newsletters. Again saving me time.
  • CCtoMany staff observed areas where I could improve aspects of my newsletters and they took the initiative to give me great advice on how to reduce the size of my newsletters and how to format them better so that their appearance is consistent and easy to read on whatever screen size the reader may be using. With each suggestion they made, the size of my newsletter kept getting smaller and smaller, it was great, like having my own personal consultant.

Before, I was hesitant about using a newsletter service, afraid that it would be more complicated than it was worth and concerned that it would require me to be on line more than my limited internet would allow for. But CCtoMany has calmed both those fears. I am so glad I gave them a try and I will never go back.
