How do people get subscribed to my list?
- The default configuration for discussion lists is "private". This means that you alone add or remove subscribers. Use the "Add/Remove Member Addresses" link.
- If this is to be a public list, you will need to add a signup form to your web site (or use our generic subscribe page). Contact us for details.
How do people unsubscribe/remove themselves from the list?
- They send any email to leave-yourlistID@cctomany.com from the exact address they wish to remove.
Bounces
Bounces caused by invalid member addresses are not seen by other members. They are forwarded back to the list owner only, who can take the appropriate action (change or delete the address, contact the individual, etc.)
Optionally the list can be configured to automatically remove addresses which bounce repeatedly. Automatic removals are listed in the weekly report.
