The two orange links you see on this page ARE NOT VISIBLE to most users. They only appear if you log in to the Admin site and then return to this Broadcast site. The Admin Home link simply provides a quick way for you to navigate back to the Admin page.
NOTE: As an admin, you will also see four additional links at the top of this page which are not visible to others: "View Edit History Attach". (The Print link appears to everyone.) DO NOT USE those links unless you know what you're doing! The Edit link in particular allows you to edit these actual pages, and you could easily break something here.
