Managing Templates
This system has TWO templates. The Live template is the one which is used for outgoing broadcasts. The Trial template can hold a newer version during development.
Normally the two templates are identical. When you desire a major change, use Copy Live to Trial, then Edit Trial Template to make changes and send copies to reviewers. During this time the existing Live template will still be used for messages. Once the changes are finalized, click Copy Trial to Live to copy the new (trial) template over the current (live) template. At that point the two templates are again identical and messages will use the newly-changed template.
