Use a Google Apps spreadsheet for your database!

It's simple with CcToMany:
- Normally your subscriber list is stored on our server and contains only email addresses.
- If instead we link your mailing interface to your Google Apps spreadsheet, each time a mailing is sent, the addresses are pulled from your spreadsheet automatically.
- You can use the other fields in the spreadsheet to replace variables in your message (firstname, city, etc.)
- You can even limit mailings to only those records which match the content of specific fields.
- Google spreadsheets support up to 200,000 cells!
Monthly cost is only
5 cents/subscriber for unlimited mailings,
minimum of $20/month.
But, there are some caveats:
- Subscribe/unsubscribe is not automated. It's up to you to maintain your spreadsheet/database. We can help you build the necessary forms on your web site.
- Bounces are returned to you after every mailing, so you can see who is not receiving your mail and update your database accordingly.
- Complaints of spam will result in your service being terminated.
- A Google spreadsheet isn't a database. We don't support fancy queries, just some simple per-column filters.
